My institution is able to assess how the external staff are working and whether targets are being met. SAP Fieldglass measures performance data in a given range. By analyising past and present data, SAP Fieldglass computes revenues that my institution expects as well as an estimation of income that will be achieved in a future period. My institution makes use of scheduling feature in SAP Fieldglass in order to assign qualified external staff, in appreciated number, and at appropriate time. SAP Fieldglass tracks external staff's time and attendance from any worksite of my institution. The process of selecting and recruiting external staff at my institution has been automated, standardized, made easy and sped up by SAP Fieldglass. Consequently, we have improved service delivery and managed costs. SAP Fieldglass helps my institution to find a perfect balance between overstaffing and understaffing of external laborforce. Having outsourced specific services, my institution adopted SAP Fieldglass to automate the process of recruiting, engaging, pay and get more value from the contractors.

I'm not sure if it's related, but I did notice that the field filling in is slow in IE - only after 3-4 seconds delay after the login screen is displayed the username is filled in, then another 3-4 seconds before the password is filled in.The Efficiency rendered by SAP Fieldglass means that my institution has improved managerial capacity to make strategic business decisions.
